Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Engineer who can transform data into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Power BI development, data modelling, DAX, and end-to-end dashboard deployment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Develop and optimize data models, DAX queries, and calculations for performance and scalability.
Integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc. ) into Power BI.
Implement row-level security, data refresh schedules, and workspace management.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and visual storytelling standards in dashboards.
Support business stakeholders with actionable insights and self-service BI solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to report performance, data refresh, and access.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI and data analytics best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, DAX and Power Query (M Language), Data modelling and performance optimization.
Experience working with SQL databases and writing medium to complex queries.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
