Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Utilize all
Power BI components
(Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, Power BI Service, Power BI Gateway) with in-depth knowledge of their functionality.
Write and optimize complex
DAX queries and measures
to deliver accurate insights.
Work with large-scale data sets and ensure efficient performance of Power BI reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance in reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Total Experience:
Up to 9 years.
Power BI Development:
4+ years of recent and core Power BI development experience.
Hands-on expertise with
all Power BI components
and thorough understanding of their use cases.
Strong proficiency in
DAX
(Data Analysis Expressions).
Solid
SQL programming
skills for handling complex data sets.
Experience working with
large organizations or banking/financial institutions
.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Work Mode

Hybrid
– 2 days per week onsite at Whippany, NJ office.
