Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into insightful visualizations and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role Description

• Job Title: Power BI Developer
• No. of Candidates: 2 (Exp and Fresher)
• Experience: 2 to 4 years
• Fresher: 0 to 6 months
• Location: Mumbai (Hybrid, 3 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Power Query and DAX.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud systems, APIs).
• Build and optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs.
• Implement row-level security (RLS), governance standards, and best practices.
• Publish, schedule, and maintain reports in the Power BI Service workspace.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and IT teams to enhance BI solutions.
• Create documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and building data models.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes, data cleansing, and transformation.
• Understanding of data visualization concepts and BI best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with business users.

Working Model:
Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Mumbai office.
