Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Power BI and reporting engineers to deliver high-quality dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical direction across Power BI (DAX, M Query, Paginated Reports), SQL, Git, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, and Azure DevOps.
• Design, build, and optimize reporting architectures, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
• Drive process improvements, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement best practices across development workflows.
• Ensure timely delivery with strong ownership, decision-making, and adherence to quality assurance and testing standards.
• Maintain, enhance, and deploy BI systems, tools, and operational processes while ensuring continuous innovation and system Required :
• Expertise on Git, SQL, Power BI (Report development or DAX, Paginated report, Dataset or IDM or M Query), SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of tools such as Logic apps, UI/UX tools and their functionality.
• Knowledge on Azure Fundamentals and Azure Function App Services.
• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing reports and dashboards.
• Unit testing and evaluating new programs.
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
• Team leading experience is essential.
• Ownership of individual and team tasks delivery.
• Decision making skillset is essential.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.
• Determining operational practicality.
• Developing quality assurance procedures.
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
