(Deployed at AVEVA) Client: AVEVA (www.aveva.com) – Global leader in industrial software About the Role:- We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team at Parnasoft Technologies . You will be assigned to work with our client AVEVA , a global industrial software leader, at their Hyderabad office (WaveRock SEZ). This is a long-term, full-time role focused on delivering actionable business insights through advanced Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and seamless integration with Azure and data transformation tools. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Perform data modeling and transformation for optimal analytics performance Design and manage ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements Support business decision-making with meaningful visual insights Follow reporting best practices , standards, and maintain documentation Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in a Power BI. Power BI : Strong experience in building dynamic and complex dashboards DAX : Proficiency in writing efficient DAX expressions for KPIs and calculations Data Modeling : Ability to design effective data models within Power BI SQL : Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries Azure Data Factory : Hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Microsoft Fabric components and integration methods Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Documentation and report governance experience Experience integrating Power BI with .NET applications (preferred) ✅ Must-Have Technical Skills Power BI: Proven experience building complex, interactive dashboards and reports; Strong data visualization and storytelling skills DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Ability to write advanced measures and calculated columns for KPIs Data Modeling: Experience designing efficient and scalable data models in Power BI SQL: Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation Azure Data Factory: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines ✅ Must-Have Soft Skills Good at analyzing and solving problems Strong communication (can explain data clearly) Team player and able to work with different teams Pays attention to detail Can work independently when needed ✅ Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Microsoft Fabric Knowledge of integrating Power BI with .NET applications Why Join Parnasoft?
