Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Consultant to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports, integrating with Azure-based data sources, and translating business requirements into impactful data visualizations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models based on business requirements Connect and integrate Power BI with Azure data sources (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake) Transform raw data into actionable insights using Power Query , DAX , and data modeling best practices Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective BI solutions Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy through thorough testing and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Power BI report and dashboard development Proficiency in DAX , Power Query (M) , and data modeling Experience integrating with Azure backend systems and other cloud-based data platforms Ability to understand complex data requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations Familiarity with data validation , performance tuning , and access control within Power BI Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar certification Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau , Qlik , or SAP Business Objects Knowledge of data governance , security , and compliance in BI environments Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Power BI using Azure DevOps or similar tools Why Join Us?
