About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Programme Manager – Personal Loans who will take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle and programme execution. The role involves product design, portfolio management, risk strategy, and P&L ownership to ensure sustainable growth and profitability in the Personal Loans business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Design product propositions, pricing frameworks, and eligibility criteria
• Develop customer-centric digital journeys across sourcing, underwriting, servicing, and collections
• Propose policy enhancements based on data insights and risk trends

P&L & Budgeting

• Own P&L and financial performance of the Personal Loans portfolio
• Build annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor NIMs, credit costs, fee income, and cost of acquisition
• Recommend corrective actions to optimize profitability

Portfolio Analytics & Risk Management

• Conduct portfolio reviews to track disbursals, book size, delinquencies, and yields
• Use analytics to identify early warning signals and recommend preventive strategies
• Work with risk and credit teams to align product policies with the risk appetite

Programme Management & Execution

• Lead new product features, process improvements, and digital initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Risk, Tech, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance)
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Maintain governance standards for product approval, review, and monitoring

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Personal Loan portfolio management in a Bank or NBFC
• Strong financial and analytical skills with P&L management experience
• Knowledge of credit policies, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
• Exposure to data-driven decision-making and analytics tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
