JobSummary:

We arelooking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support theBusiness Head on strategic initiatives. This role involves managingcross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution throughdata-backed decision-making. The candidate will track project progress,document key actions, follow up with teams, and prepare business presentations.Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity, and aproblem-solving mindset.

Rolesand Responsibilities:

Work closely with Business head on critical strategic projects.
Drive and monitor key zonal projects aligned with business goals
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Analyze zonal performance metrics
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews and leadership meetings.
Liaise with cross-functional teams like Claims, Underwriting, Operations, IT, etc to ensure timely execution of tasks

KeyRequirements:

2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or insurance domain.
Familiarity with general insurance products and distribution channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS office
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
