>>About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead a strategic engagement focused on data analytics within the GST/Finance domain for a government department in Patna. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics-driven insights to support policy and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in indirect taxation, financial consulting, and government project management, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and compliance standards. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential to drive impact in a dynamic public sector environment.

>>Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of data analytics solutions for GST/Finance PMU.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior officials

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Must have successfully led at least one engagement related to:
• Data Analytics in the context of GST/Finance PMU, or
• GST/Indirect Taxes/Finance Consulting services in any State Government Department.

>>Certifications (Preferred):

• Project Management Certification such as:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or
• Prince2

>>Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of GST and Indirect Taxation frameworks.
• Expertise in data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale government consulting projects.
