The Team
The platform team is made up of approximately 10 engineers with a range of skills and experience which complement each other. We believe that in order to work most effectively in such a varied and ever-changing technical landscape we need multidisciplinary people who are keen to learn and to lean on each other. Alongside technical delivery we also hold an evangelical role where we champion best practice and empowerment in our development teams.

About You
You will have a track-record of delivering results in a fast-moving business where complexity and ambiguity is the norm. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration is essential to being successful in this role.
- Building, observing and scaling a highly available, 24x7 platform
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience with communicating with external teams and building strong relationships outside of your immediate team
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Experience working with Kubernetes, preferably using AWS EKS
- Experience automating / maintaining CI/CD pipelines in a Linux, Apache, Java, PostgresSQL stack
- Experience working with Microservices architecture
- Experience of being an incident responder
