Key Responsibilities: - Provision infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred. - Utilize hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking (VPC, VPN, firewall rules), storage, and compute resources. - Manage incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). - Employ knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager for automation. - Utilize troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues and possess familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools. - Apply basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and implement security best practices in cloud environments. Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Openness to work in a 24x7 model to ensure service delivery within SLAs. - Experience in a 24/7 support or managed services environment is a plus. - Demonstrate creative thinking, problem-solving skills, escalation handling, and a focus on customer success. - Possess strong interpersonal skills with a customer service obsession. - Ability to work cross-functionally and a passion for service delivery excellence. - Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously and engaging directly with end users for data integration solutions. - Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for platform engineering processes.
