Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Khasra no. 72, Kaimori Road, Village- Matwari, Dist- Katni, Madhya Pradesh – 483501Experience: Minimum 5 yearsIndustry Preference: Biofuels / Renewable Energy / ManufacturingCTC: ₹1.5 – 2 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising production activities, workforce management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards within the biofuel, renewable energy, or related industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plant operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor workforce activities, allocate tasks, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
• Oversee proper utilization of machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Report any operational issues, breakdowns, or inefficiencies to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain records of production, attendance, and material usage.
• Support implementation of process improvements for better efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep of equipment.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant supervision, preferably in biofuels, renewable energy, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and basic maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle workforce efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual CTC: ₹1.5 – 2 LPA (commensurate with experience & skills).
• Benefits as per company policy.
