With a strong client base, Vimson Derma works with over 200 companies across India.  The role:  The Plant Supervisor will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth production, adherence to quality standards, compliance with safety protocols, and coordination between teams. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and hands-on supervision to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.  Key Responsibilities:  -Supervise daily plant operations including production, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.  -Monitor workforce (employees & labor) for proper execution of tasks.  -Ensure production schedules are met as per plan with minimal downtime.  -Oversee adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety standards.  -Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Purchase, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.  -Track machine performance and escalate maintenance requirements.  -Maintain daily operational reports (production, attendance, output, downtime).  -Ensure proper use of raw and packing material to minimize wastage.  -Guide and train shop-floor staff and labor for productivity and compliance.  -Support management in implementing process improvements and audits.  Required qualification and skills:  -Graduate/Diploma in Science/Engineering/Pharma or relevant field.  -3–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations (preferably pharma/cosmetic/FMCG industry).  -Strong team handling and coordination skills.  -Knowledge of plant machinery, production processes, and compliance requirements.  -Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability.  -Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems preferred.
