With rapid expansion planned across multiple cities in India, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our fast-growing team. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Lead target-based waste management operations at the Brahmapuram facility. Efficiently manage and motivate the workforce to achieve daily operational goals. Ensure strict adherence to the newly implementing ERP system for reporting and monitoring. Drive process improvements and innovations in BSF larvae cycle management. Maintain high standards of odour control, space utilization, and zero-discharge operations. Coordinate with senior management for scaling and replicating the system in other cities. Contribute actively to system development and continuous improvement strategies. ⸻ Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of work experience in operations, waste management, agriculture, food processing, or related fields. Strong leadership and workforce management skills. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken ). Ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable performance indicators. willingness to learn using ERP systems for reporting and data management. Strong interest in sustainable waste management and BSF larvae cycle management.
