Role Overview: As a Plant Supervisor at Fabbco Bio Cycle Pvt. Ltd., located at the Brahmapuram facility, you will play a crucial role in leading target-based waste management operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead target-based waste management operations at the Brahmapuram facility. - Manage and motivate the workforce to achieve daily operational goals. - Ensure strict adherence to the ERP system for reporting, monitoring, and process tracking. - Drive process improvements and innovation in BSF larvae cycle management. - Maintain high standards of odour control, space utilization, and zero-discharge operations. - Coordinate with senior management for system scaling and replication across other cities. - Contribute to continuous improvement strategies and the overall development of operational systems. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, waste management, agriculture, food processing, or related fields. - Strong leadership and workforce management abilities. - Proficiency in spoken Hindi is mandatory. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable performance indicators. - Willingness to learn and use ERP systems for reporting and data management. - Passion for sustainable waste management and BSF larvae processes.
