Full Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plant Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, developing and implementing plant processes for products, maintaining all necessary records as per SOPs, and ensuring smooth and safe functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day plant operations.
Maintain accurate logbook and documentation as per SOP.
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met at all times.
Manage raw material handling and ensure proper inventory usage.
Coordination with Head Office/Customers:
More detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Basic Skills:
Able to read, write, and understand English (spoken fluency not mandatory).
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, & Outlook Email.
Familiar with internet browsing for plant-related searches.
Must own and be able to use an Android smartphone.
