Job Description

As an Executive/Supervisor in the Tech Transfer department of CSM Agchem located in Udaipur, your primary role will involve operating process equipment like Reactors, filters, distillation columns, and pumps. You will be responsible for running and monitoring process parameters according to standard operating procedures (SOP). - Identify critical parameters and suggest their implementation in SOP - Offer troubleshooting and process improvement inputs during and after commissioning - Coordinate with QC/R&D for running trials - Maintain safety and housekeeping on the shop floor during operations - Contribute to budget proposals and maintain budgetary controls - Coordinate with PD engineers, R&D scientists, and analytical department - Follow the instructions of the plant incharge - Supervise contract workers Qualification Required: - Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry - Work Experience: 7 to 9 years in industries such as Agro chemicals, fine chemicals, pharma-API, or specialty chemicals - Functional Competencies: Understanding of Basic Engineering package (BFD/PFD), Capacity and Time Calculation,
