The Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the plant and ensuring smooth functioning of all operational processes. The role requires strong supervision skills, accountability, and the ability to coordinate manpower and resources efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise labour and ensure proper allocation of tasks across shifts • Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of work • Coordinate with departments for material flow, loading/unloading, and maintenance needs • Maintain workplace discipline, safety standards, and cleanliness inside the plant • Track attendance, overtime, shift changes, and resolve workforce issues • Maintain daily operational records and report progress and challenges to management • Assist in implementing productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives Requirements: • Proven experience in plant operations or labour handling (manufacturing/industrial experience preferred) • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle pressure and take ownership of daily targets • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
