Plant Human Resources Manager

As a Plant Human Resources Manager at Illusion Dental Laboratory, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions to support our plant operations in Mumbai. With 7 to 10 years of HR experience, particularly in a senior capacity, you will drive strategic initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance. Your expertise in HRIS systems, labor relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, conflict resolution, HR compliance, and PLANT HR will be critical for the success of this role. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the HR team to implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of Illusion Dental Laboratory. You will develop and oversee comprehensive recruitment plans, coordinate employee onboarding and training programs, and manage employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will supervise benefits administration, handle employee performance evaluations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize meaningful HR initiatives and policies.
