Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing plant at Dhavat, Karjan. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of proven experience in plant management within the PEB / steel structure manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of 5S methodology and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, planning, quality, and maintenance.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Implement and monitor 5S and Lean Manufacturing systems for continuous improvement.

• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and process optimization.

• Maintain quality standards as per company and client requirements.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and discipline across the plant.

• Coordinate with the design, planning, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead, train, and motivate the plant team for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Plant Management / Production Operations in a PEB or Structural Steel Manufacturing Company.

• Education: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.

• Proven experience in implementing 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
