Job description Understanding the scope of work and create the concept design (3D Model) based upon the design input and functionality requirement. Creating drawings for the approved concept design. Checking the concept design and drawings against modelling and drawing checklist respectively. Prepare Quality plans for the machining and Assembly Components. Adhere according to the project plan and schedule for the execution of the project. Technical interface with programming and production team for component manufacturing. Submitting the concept design to Senior Design Engineer for Review and Verification Updating the design Registers like Drawing Master list, Input Register, ECR and ECO register Maintaining Design documents as per the design procedure. Submitting Daily work activities to Senior Design Engineer. Maintain 5S System and Continual Improvements as per firm requirements. Ensuring all the Design documents are maintained as per the design procedure. Risk Mitigation and Planning for the projects Technical interface with programming and production team for component manufacturing. Maintain all documents as per ISO 13485 procedures.
