Job Description

Summary of the Role: Responsible for Production activities in PDC (Casting and Machining) Roles & Responsibilities: - Review of previous days dispatches as per plan & review with concern section head for noncompliance reason if any. Review of major machine breakdown with maint in charge for immediate action Review of Major rejection for previous days production & review with concern production & quality team - plan action for same Take GEMBA rounds in shop floor & around the campus for checking any abnormalities & safety concerns Attend NPD meetings & arrange new die trials & process requirements accordingly - Interact with Tool room & Design whenever necessary Prepare for MRM meetings & conduct ORM meetings every month Review Plant Utilization,OEE, Rejection & plan for required actions for continual productivity improvement Review Set-up change times, Cycle times in PDC & Mc shops & plan for improvement Conduct Safety review meetings & find solutions for potential causes of accidents Candidate Requirements : Full Time Engineering with About 20 Years of Experience in HPDC (Casting & Machining) Work experience from reputed Auto Ancillary / Engineering/ Manufacturing Organisation Knowledge of IATF 16949 / EMS/ OHSAS / EnMS system and documentation.
