Job Title - Plant Head ( Scissor lift assembly experience is mandatory)

Level - L-2C

Reports to - CEO

Location - Chakan , Pune

Qualification - BE / BTech – Mechanical

Experience - 12–18 yrs

Main Purpose of this job -

The main purpose of this role is to lead the setup and operations of our new manufacturing and assembling plant. The successful candidate will oversee daily plant operations, develop and implement production schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and lead a team of supervisors and employees.

2.     Production volume vs target

3.     Adherence to safety compliance metrics (e.g., zero lost-time injuries)

4.     Budget adherence and cost savings initiatives implemented

5.     Employee engagement / attrition rate at plant level

6.     Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

7.     Timely and successful internal and external audits

8.     Downtime reduction percentage

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

1. Set up and oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant

2.     Develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and quality control standards

3.     Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

4.     Manage plant budget, optimize resource allocation, and drive process improvements

5.     Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees

6.     Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations

7.     Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and troubleshoot operational issues
