Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Plant Head for a full-time on-site role located in Surat. The Plant Head will oversee all plant operations, including production planning, ensuring quality control standards, and managing production processes. Responsibilities include monitoring daily performance to meet production targets, handling budgeting activities, and implementing strategies to optimize plant efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management to lead and oversee manufacturing processes efficiently. Skilled in Production Planning and Budgeting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management. Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Control measures to meet product and operational standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a diverse workforce. Proficiency in problem-solving and process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance. Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production sector is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is highly preferred.
