Tasks Develop and implement detailed project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress against set timelines and budgets. Lead a team of project coordinators and engineers to achieve project objectives. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and align on goals. Communicate project progress regularly through reports and presentations. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Assist in managing project budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met. Review financial reports related to projects under your supervision. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality delivery of projects. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality. Prepare detailed reports on project status for senior management. Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts, agreements, change orders, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A competent Project Management Professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in the field of Project Management for Civil Infrastructure Projects with expertise in Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling, Co-ordination, Budgeting, Costing, Billing, Management Information System (MIS) & Customer relationship Management. At least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling in highway or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
