Planning Manager

Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager / Manager – Planning will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and expertise in MS Project for tracking and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering all phases, interdependencies, and critical paths using MS Project.
• Translate high-level objectives into detailed timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
• Monitor and update project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report project financial performance and suggest corrective actions. • Review contractor billing and coordinate with the Planning Manager for approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain a project risk register to ensure proactive mitigation.
• Prepare and present project progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and vendors to align deliverables.
• Support planning meetings, document decisions, and maintain updated project records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–12 years of project planning experience, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of construction planning concepts, schedule tracking, and cost control.
• Knowledge of aluminium formwork systems, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
