Job Description

Summary Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of a specific project within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints. The incumbent shall provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects. The incumbent will lead the project team, tracks progress, and addresses issues to keep the project on track. Responsibilities Responsible for providing detailed plans and schedule for execution of projects, formulating methodology of work. Responsible for creating Master schedule and monitoring progress from conceptual design to completion of construction. To Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path. Responsible for examining whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines and to advise Project Heads and other stakeholders about remedial measures. To visit sites and provide planning inputs for projects and on remedial measures for achieving schedule dates and compliance with other project parameters to Project Heads and Project Planning Managers at regular intervals. Planning and Scheduling Managers / Officers- of various projects and to ensure standard planning policies across the company in line with the best practices in the industry. Making periodic visits to project sites to review cost reporting/schedules. Establishing and improving PMO methods, including project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and document management. Facilitating regular communication and meetings with internal stakeholders to enhance project delivery and performance. Internal Project resource planning for the ongoing and upcoming projects. Coordinating and reporting corporate office Management requirements on a timely basis. Qualifications BE Civil with 10-15 years of experience of project planning in real estate or construction industry. PG NICMAR or PMP is Mandatory retirement.
