Job Description

Prepare and update detailed project schedules in MSP with clearly defined milestones.
Track project progress against the baseline and issue weekly/monthly variance reports.
Identify critical path activities and highlight bottlenecks proactively.
Liaise with design, procurement, approvals, and execution teams to ensure timely flow of drawings, materials, and statutory clearances.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestone adherence.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend recovery plans to avoid schedule slippages.
Prepare and present project dashboards, look-ahead plans, and progress reports to senior management.
Support the Project In-Charge in client meetings by providing schedule-related insights.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and Construction teams to integrate quality and safety into planning deliverables.
Lead planning engineers and mentor them on schedule management
