Job Summary As a Quality Manager at Emaar India, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met across the company's real estate projects. You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and processes, identifying areas of improvement, and working with the project teams to ensure that quality is built into every aspect of the project. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures Ensure that all projects meet or exceed quality standards and expectation Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement Work with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans Train and educate project teams on quality control procedures and processes Communicate quality control issues and progress to senior management Develop and maintain quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and guidelines Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality control goals and objectives Preferred candidate profile Masters/ bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. At least 8-12 years of experience in quality management in Villa residential projects that includes high end finishing. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
