Job Summary Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will have hands on experience in execution of high-rise residential buildings. The incumbent will be able to manage a team of Civil and Finishing contractors from project inception to completion. The incumbent will strongly liaison with Architects and Consultants for execution of master plan at site. Role & responsibilities Planning of site logistics for execution of works smoothly. Completing the work with utmost Quality and Safety aspects. Identifying the critical paths in the Project and maintaining the delay register. Raising the indent for plants and machinery on a timely basis. Keeping track of the inspection requests for achieving the Quality Standards. Liaising with local authorities in the areas to get the work done smoothly. Organizing and conducting coordination meetings with the vendors on a timely basis with records. Observing the certification of JMR and coordinating with the billing team. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Civil or related disciplines. Around 15-20 years of Experience in Construction industry. Well versed with AutoCAD, Word and Excel Soft Skills. Well versed with all kinds of Shuttering methodologies and BBS. Experience in managing a team of minimum of 1000 manpower of the vendors.
