Placement Officer

We are hiring a Placement & Retention Officer for our Skill Development Training Center to manage end-to-end placement and post-placement support for candidates trained in the Nursing and Banking sectors. The role involves identifying suitable job opportunities, coordinating with recruiting companies, supporting candidates after joining, and ensuring minimum 5 months retention. The candidate will act as a key liaison between the recruiting companies, candidates, and our organization. Key Responsibilities Identify and coordinate job placements for Nursing and Banking sector candidates. Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, banks, NBFCs, and other recruiters. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of placed candidates. Track candidate performance and ensure minimum 5 months retention. Regularly follow up on work environment, attendance, salary disbursement, and job satisfaction. Address and resolve candidate or employer concerns proactively. Conduct pre-placement orientation, motivation sessions, and career guidance. Act as a communication bridge between recruiting companies, candidates, and internal teams. Maintain placement data, reports, and documentation.
