We are currently seeking a Placement Officer to join us in strengthening industry partnerships and shaping promising career pathways for our students. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about mentoring interns and trainees, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring successful placements by collaborating with reputed organizations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and recruitment services.
• Mentor and guide students in career planning and help them navigate job opportunities.
• Building relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni for securing internship or job placements.
• Manage placement databases, tracking applications, and organizing career fairs, workshops, and placement drives.
• Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations applicable to recruitment and placements.
• Expertise in resume-building, interviewing techniques, and career development strategies.
• Familiarity with job search tools and placement databases such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for ongoing placement partnerships.
