Bridgeon is a leading IT Training Institute in Kerala trusted by over 500 learners for high quality, industry-focused training programs. We offer certified IT courses, intensive bootcamps, and professional development programs aimed at helping students secure strong career opportunities. Bridgeon currently operates training hubs across Calicut, Kakkanchery, Manjeri, Kochi, and Coimbatore.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kozhikode for a Language and Soft Skills Trainer,who can shape our students into confident and industry-ready professionals. You will train learners in communication, workplace behaviour, interview preparation, and overall personality development. Your work will directly influence student outcomes and placement readiness.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Communication and Soft Skills training
Strong Presentation Skills with experience in Training & Development
Knowledge and expertise in Life Skills and fostering personal growth
Ability to engage participants and create an interactive learning environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in a corporate training environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree / B.Ed in a related field is desired.
