Job Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Experience in providing career counselling and recruitment services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively liaise with students, employers, and for business Collaborations.

• Ability to mentor and guide students in career planning and help them navigate job opportunities.

• Skilled in building relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni to secure internships or job placements.

• Manage placement databases, tracking applications, and organising career fairs, workshops, and placement drives.

• Understanding of labour laws and employment regulations applicable to recruitment and placements.

• Expertise in resume-building, interviewing techniques, and career development strategies.

• Familiarity with job search tools and placement databases such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Ability to maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for ongoing placement partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

6 months to 3 Years of experience in a similar field

*Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Ed-tech Field.
