🧾 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Coordinate with companies for student placements and internship drives.

Manage the end-to-end placement process (shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups).

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

Prepare and maintain student placement data and reports.

Organize campus drives, webinars, and job fairs.

Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional etiquette.

Collaborate with the training team to align student skills with industry requirements.

💼 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proactive approach and ability to multitask.

Good networking and coordination abilities.
