Placement Officer

**Job Description** In this role with Bhumi's Skill-Ed, you will be responsible for recruiting eligible students for the free skilling programme, equipping marginalized youth with necessary technological and soft skills to enter the IT sector. Your main tasks will involve building relationships with potential employers, organizing placement drives and workshops, and guiding students towards suitable job opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and build relationships with potential employers to recruit Bhumi's students. - Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with employers and industry experts. - Conduct placement workshops, mock interviews, and employability training with industry professionals. - Guide students towards suitable job opportunities through mentorship and counseling. - Share regular placement reports with organizational leadership and conduct market research to align training with emerging job roles. **Qualification Required** - Educational Degree: Graduation / Post-Graduation - Relevant Experience: 3-5 years - Knowledge & Skill sets required: - Entrepreneurial mindset - Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment - Diplomatic with good communication skills - Ability to work autonomously - Willingness to travel across South India In addition to the above, the role involves working full-time with a commitment of 2 years, reporting to the Manager of SkillEd, and a salary range of 6 - 7.2 LPA based on candidate's profile.
