Job Title: Placement Officer – Digital Marketing Institute Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time About Us: As a leading AI & Digital Marketing Institute committed to upskilling individuals and empowering them for successful careers in the digital world, we are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to connect our trained candidates with top employers and drive successful placement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters in the digital marketing domain Identify and generate placement opportunities for students in relevant job roles (AI, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, PPC, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews, job fairs, campus drives, and webinars Prepare students for interviews through mock sessions, resume reviews, and career counseling Track placement metrics and generate monthly placement reports Collaborate with the training team to understand student progress and readiness Keep up with digital marketing industry hiring trends and role requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2+ years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services (preferably in an edtech or training institute) Excellent communication and networking skills Strong understanding of AI and digital marketing job roles and industry requirements Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized Preferred Skills: Existing network of recruiters in the digital marketing or tech space Experience using CRM or placement management tools Ability to counsel and motivate job-seekers Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals for lead generation What We Offer: Competitive salary with incentive-based rewards Opportunity to make a real impact in students’ careers Supportive and energetic work environment Professional development and training opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
