Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Balasore for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will facilitate campus recruitment processes, coordinate with industries and corporates for placement opportunities, and provide career counseling to students. Responsibilities also include organizing training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' employability and skills. The role demands working closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure effective placement and career development strategies.

• Proficiency in Campus Placement coordination and management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Career Counseling to guide students in achieving career goals
• Skills in organizing and conducting Training programs and workshops
• Background in Education with an understanding of academic and industry collaboration
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with corporates and industries
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of current job market trends and employability skills is beneficial
