Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain partnerships with companies and industry professionals for campus recruitment.
Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career guidance sessions.
Prepare and update placement-related databases and reports.
Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth placement activities.
Monitor placement performance and develop strategies to enhance student employability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
