We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Education Counselor to join our team and help students make informed decisions about their education and future. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding educational options, career paths, and admission procedures Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, or training programs Provide information on admission criteria, visa processes (if applicable), and scholarship opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education trends, institutions, and course offerings Follow up with leads and ensure timely support throughout the student journey Organize and participate in educational seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide and motivate students Good organizational and follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Experience in the education sector or counseling (preferred) Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of international education systems (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia) Multilingual abilities Previous experience in admissions or student support roles Sales-oriented approach with target-driven mindset What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Friendly and collaborative work environment Training and career development opportunities The chance to make a positive impact in students’ lives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
