📍 Location: Marol, Mumbai

Your Role as Head of Placements

As the Head of Placements, you will lead, innovate, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for our learners. You will be responsible for:

✅ Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

Develop and execute a business plan to meet placement targets.

Lead and mentor Placement Managers across multiple centers to drive performance and excellence.

Establish a culture of adherence, professionalism, and quality in placement services.

✅ Employer & Industry Engagement:

Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring partners.

Identify hiring trends and position our company as a trusted talent provider.

Drive employer onboarding and enhance collaboration with industry leaders.

✅ Student Relations & Career Support:

Engage with learners to provide career counseling and job readiness training.

Conduct mock interviews, skill assessments, and job prep sessions.

Guide students towards paid placements and high-quality job opportunities.

✅ Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking:

Ensure timely closures of placements within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Maintain and analyze placement statistics to drive strategic decisions.

Organize job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to expand hiring opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 9+ years of experience in placements, business development, or talent acquisition consultancy.

✔ Strong industry knowledge, particularly in IT, BFSI, or related sectors.

✔ Expertise in strategic planning, employer relations, and networking.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and digital hiring strategies.

✔ A highly goal-oriented leader with exceptional communication and mentoring skills.

✔ Graduate/MBA preferred with a strong passion for workforce development.
