You’ll play a key role in ensuring every student who completes our training lands in the right career path — confident, prepared, and job-ready. 🎯 Key Responsibilities🤝 Counsel & Guide: Help students identify the right career path and align their goals with real job opportunities. 🧠 Prepare & Empower: Conduct mock interviews, communication sessions, and confidence-building activities to make students industry-ready. 💼 Connect & Place: Ensure 100% placement support by connecting learners to verified job openings. 🤝 Collaborate: Work with Trainers, Counselors, and Centre Managers to understand student strengths and match them to job roles. 🏢 Build Corporate Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and partner companies. 📊 Track Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and share reports with management. 🤝 Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Centre Managers, Trainers, and the Central Placement Team to drive results. Share daily, weekly, and monthly placement updates with the management team. 👤 Who Can Apply? We’re looking for someone who is: A Graduate (any discipline) with 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or CSR job drives. A strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, target-driven, and passionate about student success. Fluent in English and the local language.
