Roles & Responsibilities: Counsel walk-ins and online inquiries for Java, Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Web Development , and other in-demand IT training programs. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and outbound follow-ups to convert leads into course enrollments. Guide students on career paths and suggest the right training programs (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Full Stack Java, etc.). Keep detailed follow-up records using CRM tools and manage the end-to-end admissions process. Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and student admissions. Coordinate with trainers and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Key Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any field (MBA preferred in Marketing, HR, or Education). 15 years of experience in academic counseling, EdTech sales, inside sales, admissions, or student support . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi . Strong knowledge of IT career trends and basic understanding of Java and software technologies.
