Placement Head

The Placement Head role based in Bangalore, India requires a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience to spearhead the corporate placement strategy, focusing on mid-skill talent. The primary responsibility involves establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with senior HR leaders to facilitate hiring collaborations between corporates, training institutes, and the organization. The role is pivotal in expanding the national placement network and creating impactful employment pathways for the workforce trained by the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a national placement strategy aligned with mid-skills focus, building strong relationships with CHROs and senior HR leaders, onboarding corporates into the hiring network, facilitating tri-partite hiring arrangements, traveling extensively across India to establish regional partnerships, collaborating internally to match candidates with hiring needs, monitoring placement metrics, and providing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate should possess 12-15 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate engagement, or business development, preferably in manpower staffing, HR solutions, L&D, or training industries. They should have a proven track record of engaging Corporate HR leaders, a deep understanding of mid-skill workforce dynamics and hiring trends, strong industry connections, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and experience in constructing partnership models between corporates and training institutions. Previous roles as an ex-CHRO or senior HR leader with external partnership exposure are advantageous. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively across India. Preferred backgrounds for this role include experience in leading staffing firms, L&D service providers, or HR tech companies, ability to engage CXO level stakeholders, and exposure to skill development ecosystems and workforce initiatives.,
