We are looking for a talented and experienced ProductManager to join our team at Wadhwani Foundation to handle the new AI platformwe are creating for entrepreneurs. This is an exciting opportunity to work oncutting-edge AI products and drive the development of innovative products thatsolve real-world problems in entrepreneurship. We have already launchedCo-Pilots and tutors that are being used by students across India. The productmanager will lead the initiatives to infuse AI into every part of WadhwaniFoundation programs and initiatives that impacts the customer. As an AI Product Manager at Wadhwani Foundation, you willbe responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and optimization ofour existing AI Products including co-pilots, evaluators, agents and coaches.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists,engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision,set the product roadmap, and ensure successful product launches. You will alsobe responsible for monitoring the performance of AI models, identifying areasfor improvement, and driving continuous innovation. As an Individual Contributor in the Product Managementteam, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of [B2C/B2B] productsfrom ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functionalteams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensuresuccessful product development and delivery. With 2-6 years of experience in product management, youwill bring your passion for technology and user-centric mindset to drive thesuccess of our products in the market. Responsibilities: User Experience and Customer Insights: Deeplyunderstand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research anddata analysis. Championthe user experience, advocating for customer-centric design and usabilitythroughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,marketing, and sales, to drive successful product outcomes. Presentproduct metrics and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in aclear and concise manner. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Definean AI product Roadmap and monitor the performance of AI models, identifyingareas for improvement, and driving continuous innovation. Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to define and articulate productvision, strategy, and roadmap. Conductmarket research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identifyproduct opportunities and areas for improvement. Prioritizefeatures and enhancements based on customer needs and other objectives. Writedetailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design toensure smooth Product Development and Launch: Leadthe end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-qualitydelivery of product features and updates. Workclosely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirementsinto technical specifications and user-friendly designs. Planand execute product launches, working with marketing and sales to ensuresuccessful go-to-market strategies. Product Performance and Iteration: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvementand iterate on the product as needed. Continuouslymonitor market trends and industry developments to ensure the product remainscompetitive and aligned with market demands. Provenexperience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on [B2C/B2B] productsin the technology industry. Strongunderstanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design, andagile development practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed productdecisions. Demonstratedability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive results asan individual contributor. Passionfor technology, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
