Job description:

Role Overview:
Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with IT and Non-IT companies to create hiring partnerships and collect job openings for our internship-trained students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with companies across Kerala and major cities to establish and strengthen IT and Non-IT hiring partnerships.
• Conduct direct visits, meetings, and follow-ups with HR departments and management teams.
• Collect, verify, and update all job and internship requirements regularly.
• Coordinate with the placement and technical teams to match candidates to open positions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets, ensuring consistent growth in hiring partnerships.
• Prepare and submit client activity, placement, and performance reports on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources.
• 3–4 years of experience in client relations, corporate tie-ups, or business development.
• Proven experience in IT company tie-ups and managing placement targets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across regions.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated professional.
