Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide learners through their academic and career journeys. The role involves counseling, administrative support, and coordination with faculty and staff to ensure holistic student development. Key Responsibilities Guide students in course selection, academic planning, and career mapping. Track and document student progress, providing timely interventions. Coordinate between students, faculty, and administration for seamless academic support. Prepare and maintain accurate student data and management reports using MS Excel . Contribute to business development and assist in placement activities under the guidance of the Director (Marketing & Placements). Eligibility: Graduate from the PCMC area with 13 years of relevant academic counseling or advising experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Competency in MS Excel for management reporting and data analysis tasks. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders (students, faculty, administration) and multitask across counseling, business development, and placement activities. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in academic counseling or student services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting. Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments.
