Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to manage day-to-day operations across our training centers. The role involves overseeing class schedules, student batch coordination, administrative communications, and supporting event logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication between students, trainers, and management. Key Responsibilities Center Operations & Administration Oversee daily administrative functions of the center(s), ensuring smooth operation and effective resource utilization. Maintain accurate student records and update internal databases regularly. Handle incoming calls and emails related to student queries, trainer coordination, and operational matters. 2. Scheduling & Batch Management Prepare and manage class schedules in coordination with trainers and academic teams. Create and manage student batches based on course requirements and enrollment cycles. Ensure timely communication with students regarding batch timings, reschedules, and other updates. 3. Coordination Across Centers Act as a central point of contact for administrative coordination between multiple branches. Standardize operations and reporting formats to maintain uniformity across all centers. 4. Communication & Student Support Serve as the first point of contact for students, providing guidance and addressing general concerns. Foster a positive, welcoming environment for students and faculty alike. Collaborate with trainers to ensure timely and effective delivery of training sessions. 5. Event Support Assist in planning and executing internal and external events such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and placement drives. Coordinate logistics, registrations, and post-event feedback collection. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in administrative, educational, or counseling roles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other admin tools Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Experience in educational institutions or training centers is a plus.
