Job description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator Head to lead our placement and corporate relations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong industry connections, building and managing a placement team, and ensuring successful student career placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with reputed companies for campus recruitment and internships.
• Build, lead, and mentor the placement team to achieve departmental goals.
• Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and reputed educational organizations for tie-ups.
• Prepare placement reports, maintain databases, and track student placement progress.
• Guide and support students in career planning, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
• Ensure strong relationships with corporate HRs and industry professionals

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in college placements or reputed training/technical institutes.
• Strong network of corporate contacts across industries.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• minimum 1 year experience in this field.

Package: 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
