Job Title: Centre Operations & University Relations Manager Role Overview This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Allied Health Centre and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential university/academic partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative leadership and academic coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of Allied Health programs in alignment with Apollos standards. Key Responsibilities Centre Operations Management Oversee end-to-end operations of the Allied Health Centre, including infrastructure, staff, student services, and compliance. Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, lab/clinical sessions, and assessments. Monitor student attendance, discipline, academic progress, and grievances. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory norms as per Apollo standards. Facilitate inspections, audits, and documentation for university and accreditation bodies. Liaise with department heads, academic teams, and administrative staff to gather feedback and implement necessary changes. Compliance & Security: Ensure the ERP system adheres to relevant data privacy laws and institutional compliance requirements. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL EXPERIENCES: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) are a plus. 8+ years of experience in ERP management, implementation, or support, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with ERP software, system integration, and database management. Strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and maintaining ERP platforms. Proven experience in user training, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management. Experience in data security, system audits, and IT governance best practices.
