Job Title: Centre Operations & University Relations Manager Role Overview This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Allied Health Centre and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential university/academic partners. Key Responsibilities Centre Operations Management Oversee end-to-end operations of the Allied Health Centre, including infrastructure, staff, student services, and compliance. Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, lab/clinical sessions, and assessments. Monitor student attendance, discipline, academic progress, and grievances. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory norms as per Apollo standards. University & Academic Relations Liaise with affiliated universities/partners for curriculum alignment, examination coordination, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate inspections, audits, and documentation for university and accreditation bodies. Act as the point of contact for academic partner institutions and ensure alignment with their academic expectations. Proactively explore and establish new relationships with universities and academic institutions to expand program offerings and affiliations. Faculty & Staff Coordination Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of faculty and support staff. Coordinate training and faculty development initiatives as guided by the central academic team. Student Lifecycle Support Drive student enrollment, orientation, academic tracking, and placement preparation. Coordinate clinical postings, internships, and immersive learning opportunities in Apollo Hospitals. Ensure documentation and certification processes are conducted smoothly. Stakeholder & Community Engagement Build partnerships with local healthcare facilities and corporate hospitals for placements and internships. Represent the Centre in local events, career fairs, and university activities. Reporting & Compliance Maintain dashboards and reports on key operational and academic metrics. Conduct periodic audits of the ERP system to ensure alignment with industry best practices and institutional goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between ERP users and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & CRITICAL EXPERIENCES: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) are a plus. 8+ years of experience in ERP management, implementation, or support, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with ERP software, system integration, and database management. Strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and maintaining ERP platforms.
